Shipping Policy

Once an order and payment are received, our goal is to ship as soon as possible.  It may take up to 4 business days to be processed and shipped, depending on inventory availability.

Priority domestic shipping via USPS and UPS :  1 - 5 business days, based on destination.

Northern Star Botanicals will not be held liable for lost or delayed packages.  If your order is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier.  If you need help with this, please contact us at support@NorthernStarBotanicals.com  or by text at 651-343-4512.  Route Package Insurance can also be purchased at Checkout for a nominal fee to simplify the process of a possible claim.  If you have purchased Route Package Insurance and need to make a claim, please contact them at  www.Help.Route.com  .

Our goal is to provide you with safe and effective products that you will love.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@NorthernStarBotanicals.com so we may assist you. We will make every effort to reach a satisfactory solution.                               

Return Policy

We take pride in our high quality goods, and will only ship premium items.  We will accept return of products within 30 days of receipt.  If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping - please request a return label at support@NorthernStarBotanicals.com  .  If the return is not due to our error, the customer will pay for return shipping.  We do not charge a restocking fee.  Please wrap items appropriately for safe shipping and include the original invoice.  Once we have received the return item, we will refund your purchase via the original payment method, or ship the correct item, at your preference.

Claims Policy

Damaged goods should be reported to support@NorthernStarBotanicals.com within 10 days of receipt of the package, and a claim filed with the shipping carrier.  Damage claims usually require that you save the original shipping packaging.  Pictures of the damaged goods, manufacturing codes found on the back of the bottle, shipping label and order number may be required to process your request.
